Clinique Superblanced Powder Makeup - Review

We wouldn't think of traveling without powder--our foreheads are always super-shiny in photos as it is. We shiver to think how much worse it would be if we didn't blot; but we hate how messy our fave loose powder gets when we fly.

We'll be lining up for the new Clinique Superbalanced Powder Makeup SPF Mineral Rich Formula. This genius product includes foundation, powder and SPF in a bril contraption that won't turn into a powdery mess, even if we fly all the way to Sydney. It has a shaver built into the compact that dispenses only the amount of product you need, when you need it.

The powder gives full, glowy coverage that's perfectly between matte and shiny. That's thanks to moisturizing ingredients Murumuru Butter and Phytosqualane, plus our favorite antioxidants Vitamans C and E. We also love that it offers full UVB/UVA protection with a physical sunscreen. That's one less thing we have to remember to pack.

You apply the powder with the antibacterial brush that fits handily in the compact. Our only complaint is that Clinique Superbalanced Powder Makeup SPF Mineral Rich Formula is available in only 8 shades. We would like to see a little more variety.

Available starting in September at Clinique.
