It was a high of 20 today which is the perfect climate to use our new Penultimate Liner in Rapidblack from the MAC Chill Collection. It looks like a felt tip pen and goes on in one super smooth line. You can make the line thicker and more dramatic (check out the Nordic queen above) or draw a thin line just at the edge of your upper lashes to give you definition and refinement without being overly dramatic (which is how we've been using the pen in the daytime). The only drawback we'd mention is that if you rub your eye absently, it'll smear easily, so it doesn't have a strong hold. On the flip side, it's easy to remove. The Penultimate liner would be excellent for creating a cat eye; or pair it with a light gloss, like Tinted Lipglass in Naked Frost, for a look like the one above; or try about a red lip for a Breakfast at Tiffany's look.
