An email from Sak’s landed in our inbox today: 150 gifts under $150. Out of all the department stores out there, Sak’s is one of the most beleaguered: its stock has dropped faster than Britney Spear’s neckline. But it’s still our hometown store and we like to support it when we can.

Sak’s isn’t setting the bar too high with gifts under $150 (JSG aims to spend under $50, if not $30 on the majority of our gifts), but they did come up with a handful of goodies. We weeded through the predictable perfume sets, robes and Polos to bring you the best finds.


At $125, you would have to really like your friend or hit the lottery to buy this Kara Ross necklace, or buy it for yourself (ya--we're that kind of Christmas shopper).



We particularly like this Tory Burch makeup bag because it could double as a daytime clutch on your next trip to Cabo and it's marked down from $85 to $51.


Your friend who is into labels will adore this Marc by Marc Jacobs change purse and it will only set you back $68.




Who hasn't wanted a pair of days of the week underwear? This $58 set by Juicy Couture even includes a pair for Sunday--if Meg Ryan had these, Harry and Sally may have never met!



We heart all things Paul Smith. Our BF is not quite metro enough to sport this $135 cashmere blend scarf, which works out just perfectly for us--he won't mind when we borrow it!
