butter LONDON: Get Your Nails Done Now at Dulles

The only bright spot when our plane was delayed for two hours on Saturday was the time we spent in the nail spa at Dulles airport. Butter LONDON is a hit overseas and on-line, and they've expanded to Seattle, Sacramento, and now D.C. We weren't sure what to expect after reading about it from other fantastic beauty bloggers (here too!); but it was lovely. The store and their products impressed us. The nail lacquers are 3-free: no Formaldehyde, no Toluene, and no DBP; and come with catchy names from British pop culture (just for fun check out the butter LONDON dictionary). We grabbed the Aston and the yummy mummy, both in the natural/bronze/taupe family; but if you're looking for colors that pop, check out Bezzie Mate, Prince's Plum, and Mariner. In a nasty twist of fate, there wasn't a licensed technician there to fix us up; but we're hoping to hit it before our flight to San Francisco next month. Not flying through terminal B any time soon? All there products are available on line.

Happy travels with great looking nails!
