Shopping in Las Vegas

When we're in Vegas we usually spend very little time gambling, though that may change this year when we're in town for Anne's bachelorette party after our private poker lesson at the Venetian. Typically, you're more likely to catch us by the pool or at one of the kick-ass malls on the strip.

Our hands down favorite is the Forum Shops at Caesars. Last time we were in town, Hope bought a wardrobe full of great tops at Ted Baker and Anne came home with something a little more risqué (shall we say) from Agent Provocateur. You can also find hip shops like Scoop and Intermix and luxury lines like Fendi, Pucci, and Louis Vuitton. Want to look hot for your night out? Swing by MAC like we did and have them apply lashes. Our only complaint is that the Forum shops takes some getting used to before you can find your way around.

Our girlfriend, Becky, swears by the Fashion Mall. She loves that the same stores she goes to in D.C. carry different goods in Vegas (put that to climate and clientele). This is where to go if you want to burn through your department store credit with Neimans, Saks, Nordstroms, Bloomingdales and more.

Lastly we can't wait to see The Shoppes at the Palazzo anchored by Barneys and featuring lust worthy stores like Chloe, DVF, and Catherine Malandrino. Hungry? Head to SushiSamba for the Kobe sliders.

Don't forget to leave a little room in your suitcase for your special finds from your trip. Check out our earlier post on Shopping in Vegas.

My personal favorite are the Forum Shops. I have been to Vegas several times, and each time this is where I spend the majority of winnings. The prices are a little high, but you can find some really sexy stuff there.
