They Brought the Store to the Museum...

...Now Louis Vuitton continues to bring the museum to the store. The luxury designer recently unveiled the above installation, Hothouse (Blue), from Teresita Fernández at their San Francisco maison in Union Square. It's only the second U.S. Louis Vuitton to permanently house artwork and the designer commissioned it exclusively for the store. Those are miniature mirrors up there. We can't wait to see it for ourselves on our trip to San Fran next month. We love when art pops up in unexpected places.

If you haven't caught the store at the museum, you have until July 13 to visit the Takashi Murakami exhibit and the accompanying Louis Vuittion store at the Brooklyn Museum.
